Liverpool Football Club have listened to supporter feedback and officially adjusted their ticket price plans for the coming seasons. Following recent protests at Anfield, the club is scaling back the previously announced increases.
Key Changes to Ticket Pricing
2026/27 Season: General admission tickets will see a capped inflationary increase of 3% (down from the original 5% proposal).
2027/28 Season: There will be a total price freeze on tickets.
New Young Adult Section
In a move to support the next generation of supporters, a dedicated Young Adult Section will be introduced within the Anfield Road Stand. This is a significant result for fan advocacy and ensuring Anfield remains accessible.
The Liverpool FC Supporters Board were pleased with the decision and issued the following announcement on social media…
Following talks with the club, we’re pleased that there is an improved outcome for all supporters.
We want to thank all who supported action on this. Supporter voice is important and we thank the club for engaging.
Let’s focus now on what matters – the team that we support. https://t.co/jGciNL1dHv pic.twitter.com/GERTCA8PIf
