It’s been a long international break. Three weeks is a long time in football and teams that have been showing good form could quite easily lose that momentum, while teams that have been underperforming have the chance to draw a line and return in a more positive mindset.
What makes this fixture even more interesting is Man City’s long-awaited guilty verdict that was announced by the Premier League a couple of weeks ago.
This game is always a high-stakes one, but this adds extra spice.
The crowd will no doubt be very vocal about the opposition and that heated atmosphere will likely spread to the players on the field.
Expect a physical game with a few cards being handed down by referee Chris Kavanagh.
This is one not to be missed.
The match will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports Main Event, Premier League and Ultra HD. Subscribers can also stream the game on Sky Go or NOWTV if you have it.
