Back Liverpool to silence the Red Devils on Sunday

Sunday sees the biggest fixture in English football return to Anfield. After a tough run of three straight away defeats, the international break came at the perfect time for the Reds. We’ve had a chance to regroup, and with United arriving in crisis, this is our chance to get back on track and assert our dominance.

Ruben Amorim’s side is in a mess. They are 10th in the table and haven’t won away from home since March. Their defensive record on the road is abysmal, conceding an average of 3.0 goals per game in their two away defeats. With Lisandro Martinez still out injured, our attack should have a field day, as long as Mo Salah can regain the form he had last season. With his sensational record of 23 goals in 17 appearances against United, Mo a prime candidate for an anytime goalscorer bet.

The bookies heavily favour Liverpool. Our home form is impeccable, with three clean sheets in three Premier League fixtures at Anfield. While recent draws against them at Anfield have been frustrating, this United team is far from the one that scraped those results. They are vulnerable, and we need to be clinical. I’m backing a comfortable 3-1 home win at 10/1. The odds of both teams to score (BTTS) at 1.46 also seem like a solid bet, given our recent defensive frailties and their attacking quality. Don’t miss the opportunity to see us put on a show, get back to winning ways and win a bit of cash in the process.
