Jeremie Frimpong looks set to be Liverpool’s first summer signing.
The Dutch defender has reportedly already agreed a five-year contract, with the Reds set to trigger the £30m release clause in his Bayer Leverkusen contract.
The 24-year-old will undergo a medical on Monday before the deal is done, but it will be interesting to see when an official announcement will be made.
