Liverpool were unconvincing yet again on Saturday as they faced Wolverhampton Wanderers in the FA Cup third-round tie at Anfield.
It was good to see Darwin Nunez get on the scoresheet, with a sublime finish from an even better Trent Alexander-Arnold pass, and Mo Salah added a second, but defensive errors and a shaky performance by Alisson allowed the visitors to claim a deserved draw and give Jurgen Klopp the headache of the replay adding one more match to the already hectic calendar.
On a positive note, new signing Cody Gakpo made an impressive debut, showing some of the silky skills that earned him his £40m transfer from PSV.
