The Crystal Palace defender has just a single year left on his contract and no prospect of a renewal. Palace wanted £65m from Newcastle last summer, then later turned down an offer of £55m plus £15m add-ons from Tottenham in January, but it will be interesting what value they put in their player as he heads into his final season at the club.
