The England international centre-back’s proposed move to Liverpool has collapsed after Brighton defender Igor decided to move to West Ham, rather than Palace, leaving the Eagles without a replacement for Guehi.
Fortunately Liverpool have held onto Ibou Konate and Joe Gomez, so can wait until the transfer window reopens in the New Year and try again.
