Cody Gakpo has signed a new contract with Liverpool.
The 26-year-old Dutch winger has put pen to paper on a new long-term deal, with two and a half years remaining on his current contract at Anfield.
It signifies the importance of the club wanting to retain their key players, after letting the ball slip last year with Trent Alexander-Arnold.
It also reinforces the importance of Gakpo to the current squad and they will no doubt be increasing his salary to reflect that.
