Liverpool have reluctantly accepted Roma’s offer to take Kostas Tsimikas on a season-long loan without an option to buy, despite holding out for a permanent deal for the last few days.
The 29-year-old Greek left-back will now travel to Rome to undergo his medical ahead of the move.
Tsimikas has fallen down the pecking order at Anfield since the arrival of Milos Kerkez in the summer and after Andy Robertson‘s decision to stay at the club this season.
