Rhys Williams has joined Championship side Blackpool FC on a season-long loan.
The 21-year-old defender signed a new long-term contract with the Reds last summer but spent last season on loan with Swansea City.
It is clear that Williams has a long-term future with Liverpool, but first-team football with the Tangerines will help his development.
