Ibrahima Konate is the latest Liverpool player to pick up an injury, as the Reds struggle to get their season on track.
The French centre-back has picked up a muscle strain ahead of Sunday’s crunch Premier League clash with Manchester City at Anfield, having just returned from two months out with a knee injury.
Konate will face a late fitness test before Klopp must make a decision on his starting line-up. If he’s unavailable then it is likely that Joe Gomez will move to centre-back and James Milner come in at right-back to face his former club.
