Liverpool Football Club opens books of condolence in honour of Diogo Jota and brother Andre Silva

We were all shocked and saddened when we heard that Diogo Jota had lost his life alongside his brother Andre Silva in a car crash in Spain.

Liverpool FC have been quick to respond to the events of Thursday morning, lowering the flag to half mast at Anfield, closing the club shop and museum and creating a book of condolence for Diogo and Andre at Anfield.

Members of the public can sign the physical book in the Anfield Road Stand reception area during the following hours:

Thursday July 3 – 5pm-9pm
Friday July 4 – 9am-9pm
Saturday July 5 – 9am-5pm
Sunday July 6 – 9am-5pm

The online book of condolence is available to be signed here for fans around the world who are unable to make it to Anfield.
