Klopp could be back to face Shrewsbury

Jurgen Klopp could be back on the touchline for Liverpool’s FA Cup third-round fixture against Shrewsbury Town at Anfield on Sunday.

Liverpool’s assistant coach Peter Krawietz told the press that it is uncertain who will be available to play in the game, with a recent Covid outbreak forcing the club to temporarily close the AXA Training Centre this week.

However, he is hopeful that the manager will be clear to return to the dugout.
