Goals from Rio Ngumoha and Mo Salah secured the valuable three points as they push for Champions League qualification.
Alexander Isak also came off the bench for the last 20 minutes as he returns from his broken leg.
The result keeps them in fifth place, four points ahead of Chelsea, who play Man City on Sunday.
