It was a lethargic performance from a half-asleep Liverpool at Nottingham Forest on Sunday. The Reds may have had an eight-day break from competitive action, but they looked like they’d spent it sleeping.
The home side started strong and it looked like it was going to be two dropped points as Arne Slot’s side push for fourth place in the Premier League.
However, as is often the case with Liverpool these days, we woke up in injury time and managed to claim victory with a last-gasp winner from Alexis Mac Allister.
The victory puts Liverpool level on points with Chelsea and Manchester United.
