It used to be an exciting time, but these days leaked mock-ups are spread across social media for weeks and months ahead of the big reveal.
This time Adidas have trawled their design archive and chosen inspiration from the classic Candy kit from the 1989/90 season, when Peter Beardsley and John Barnes caused opposition defenders nightmares.
The geometric pattern is classic. Let’s just hope next season’s team can make this new kit another banger from Adidas.
