Liverpool overcame all the odds to earn a crucial victory over Inter in the San Siro on Tuesday night.
The result was thanks in part to VAR which, despite wrongly disallowing an Ibou Konate goal, went on to award a soft penalty for a pull on Florian Wirtz in the box in the last few minutes of the game, which was cooly converted by Dominik Szoboszlai.
The result puts them in eighth place in the Champions League first phase table and heading for automatic qualification for the Round of 16.
