Joe Gomez is once again being linked with a move away from Anfield when the transfer window opens in January.
The 28-year-old defender has been the subject of regular speculation over the last 18 months, with Bayern Munich reportedly interested in signing Gomez ahead of last season and AC Milan being linked last summer, before the Marc Guehi transfer collapsed.
Apparently AC Milan are expected to resurrect their interest in the New Year, assuming he recovers fully from his recent hamstring injury. A loan move with an option to buy could be on the cards as Arne Slot prepares for another bid for Guehi.
