It was a game of two halves at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
Liverpool looked in good form during the first 45 minutes, scoring twice in 90 seconds through Ryan Gravenberch and Florian Wirtz.
But, as has become a common theme in recent weeks, Arne Slot’s side eased off in the second half, conceded a goal and allowed the visitors to get back into the game.
Fortunately the Reds held on for the win, but it should have never been so close.
