Mohamed Salah has been named the Football Writers’ Association Men’s Footballer of the Year for 2021/22.
The Liverpool forward has racked up 22 goals and 13 assists in just 31 Premier League games this season.
Salah received 48% of the vote, ahead of Man City’s Kevin De Bruyne and West Ham’s Declan Rice.
This is the second time he has received the FWA award, the first being in 2018.
