Arne Slot has discussed the pressure being manager of Liverpool at the moment.
When asked about the criticism he is currently getting he said: “Ridiculous almost, it’s something I didn’t expect to be in, not at any club I was ever going to work at, let alone if you play at Liverpool. If you not play, I wish I played, if you manage Liverpool. So that is unbelievable, when you’re at a club like Liverpool and you go through a patch like you’re going through at the minute, there’s a lot of talk, a lot of noise outside of the club.
“How difficult is it to block that out, but if we are together, inside of the dressing room, I think this is the most important we can get confidence out of each other. We know that we have to do better and if we stick together, that will be the end result that we will do better.”
